Solid hardwood: ‘character maple’ – an expressive wood w/variegated grain patterns….blondes, browns, tans, etc. (note: The altar that is pictured is for general reference only….due to the wide variation found in the grain patterns of ‘character maple’ lumber, no two altars will ever look exactly the same). Top coated with an all-natural, non-toxic beeswax finish. Intimate, beautiful, practical. Well built: Made in the usa with domestic local materials. Fully assembled. Original earth bench design. Shelf is 13″ long by 8″ wide, clearance space between shelf and top is 4″.
