With one leaf open you have three times the square feet of top space for single dining/utility. With two leaves open you have almost six square feet of top working space, or enough space for a comfortable dinner for two. When closed, the two drop leaves and the swing leg assemblies fold into a 5 ” base. Against the wall, the unit takes up only ten inches of outward space.
