The Bromic Heat Deflector is a dual-layer stainless steel deflector that significantly reduces the clearance needed between the top of a heater and the surface above it by absorbing heat that would otherwise escape vertically. The stainless steel deflectors are unique in their dual-layer construction, which uses the rigid top layer for reinforcement while reducing radiation of heat absorbed by the bottom layer.
